ACES Khobar has been awarded the high-strain dynamic testing of offshore steel piles in King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries in KSA.

The King Salman Global Maritime Industries Complex, located in Ras Al Khair, KSA, is expected to be the world’s largest shipyard upon completion. ACES scope for this project portion includes the construction materials testing, pile testing, and non-destructive concrete testing. Of particular note are the 200 conducted dynamic piles tested, where each test was conducted to estimate the bearing capacity, pile load-carrying capacity, structural integrity, pile movement, and pile-soil load transfer relationship.
