ACES Riyadh was awarded the QC and materials testing for “Murcia Housing Project”

ACES Riyadh was awarded the QC and materials testing for “Murcia Housing Project”. This project, which is one of Riyadh’s largest housing projects, is built on over 2.7 million square meters to provide 5,590 apartments and townhouses. The project is located on Prince Faisal Ibn Bandar Ibn Abdulaziz Rd, King Khalid International Airport. 

ACES is responsible for quality control and sampling for the materials. The materials testing includes; soil testing (plate bearing, field density, soil classification and many other tests) and concrete testing (compressive strength, durability, mix verification, etc). The sampling is being carried out by five full-time technicians from ACES.

The client for this project is Al Tamimi Global Company (TGC).
