In its commitment to providing high quality services, ACES has built its quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2015, ISO/IEC 17025-2005, ISO 14001-2004, OHSAS 18001-2007 and principles of business excellence.

  • ISO 9001:2015
    The quality culture at ACES branches is embedded in all internal processes and operations by embracing ISO 9001:2015 to reach advanced levels of performance excellence through continual improvement. The ISO 9001:2015 certification specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide the product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition, it aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system, monitor and review the information about the interested parties and their relevant requirement , understand the range of risks and opportunities relevant to ACES scope and determine actions, objectives and plans to address them.
  • ISO/IEC 17025:2005
    Several of ACES branches have obtained ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation. This accreditation is internationally recognized and specifies the general requirements for the competence to carry out tests and/or calibrations, including sampling. It covers testing and calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard methods, and laboratory-developed methods. ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation covers a wide variety of tests in the field of materials testing, geotechnical investigation, special testing, chemical and environmental analysis.
  • ISO 14001: 2004
    ISO 14001:2004 certification has been obtained at some ACES branches to establish, implement, maintain and improve an environmental management system, and to ensure conformity with our stated environmental policy. ISO 14001:2004 is an internationally accepted standard that sets out to put in place an effective environmental management system. The standard is designed to address the delicate balance between maintaining profitability and reducing environmental impact.
  • OHSAS 18001: 2007
    ACES strives to promote a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating or minimizing risk to employees and other stakeholders who may be exposed to occupational health and safety risks. Accordingly, a number of ACES branches have obtained OHSAS 18001:2007, which is an international occupational health and safety management standard that provides a framework to consistently identify and control health and safety risks, reduce the potential for accidents, aid legislative compliance and improve overall performance.
