ACES Top management reflects the commitment through group quality policy to a strong compliance culture.
Quality is an integral part of ACES Top Management principles. These principles guide our actions to deliver services that are safe, compliant and preferred. They are essential for the achievement of our ambition to be recognized and trusted to offer high-quality services.
Our collective commitment is written in the group quality policy, and running our day to day operation with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 17025 certifications. We are proud that we were the first firm in our field in the Middle east to obtain those ISO certifications.
ACES is proud to have been recognized for its commitment to quality and excellence by winning numerous total quality and excellence recognition awards in the markets where it operates. A selection of awards won by ACES includes King Abdulla II Award for Excellence, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, and Dubai Quality Award, among others.

Giving Back

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is fundamental to how ACES conducts its business. This is reflected in our commitment to acting ethically and responsibly towards all our stakeholders. ACES seeks to make a positive contribution to the well-being of our staff and the environment and the communities and market places in which we operate.
Our CSR takes place on two main pillars – the first involves contribution to local organizations; and the second focuses on collaboration and contribution to learning institutions at the local and global level.
The UN Global Compact provides ACES with a platform for its commitment to corporate responsibility. ACES endorses all ten of these UN Global Compact principles and in 2008 joined the register of participants.
