Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,
We would like to extend our warmest wishes for a prosperous and peaceful new year to our clients, colleagues, and friends. The first year of our 2024–2026 “Local Excellence, Global Reach” corporate strategy has been nothing short of remarkable, with ACES achieving record financial performance, strengthening our market position, and growing to 4,000 employees across a network of 28 offices.
Saudi Arabia remained central to our efforts in 2024, thanks in part to major Vision 2030 projects such as the Red Sea, Amaala, Qiddiya, Dirriyah, NEOM, and King Salman International Airport. Our decade-long involvement in the Riyadh Metro—from initial geotechnical surveys to advanced special testing—culminated in its successful inauguration this year, showcasing ACES’s ability to deliver complex services over an extended timeframe. We also inaugurated a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah, celebrated by our founders, co-CEOs, and KSA Management, further cementing our commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s dynamic development. Meanwhile, our Non-Destructive Testing subsidiary, Inspection Technology Company (ITC), moved to a larger Khobar office to accommodate its growing team and advanced capabilities, allowing us to better serve Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding infrastructure landscape. We also opened our third office in the Tabuk/NEOM area, located in NEOM’s Logistics Zone, thereby extending our reach in this transformative region.
Beyond the Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates continued to be a key market, with ACES Abu Dhabi undertaking notable geotechnical and survey work for ADNOC and Abu Dhabi Maritime. In Dubai, we were awarded the site investigation for the Dubai Speed Rail Project, reinforcing our role in the Emirate’s forward-thinking transportation sector. In Qatar, ACES Doha made strides into food inspection services, earning ISO/IEC 17020:2012 accreditation and receiving praise from the Ministry of Public Health for its rigorous standards. Our Jordan operations secured a landmark contract to develop the country’s first Road Asset Management System (RAMS), reflecting ACES’s growing influence in strategic infrastructure projects. Meanwhile, Oman, Kuwait, and Iraq all recorded steady gains, rounding out a record year for the ACES Group. Across the Atlantic, our subsidiary MC Squared solidified its market position in the USA by contributing quality control services to the C-43 Reservoir project in Florida.
This year, we intensified our focus on strategic human capital programs, continuing and expanding our leadership and accelerated leadership initiatives that provide structured training modules, mentorship, and skill-building to cultivate the next generation of ACES leaders. We also sharpened our recruitment efforts to secure top engineering talent across the region. In tandem, we progressed into Phase 2 of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), introducing additional features and analytics capabilities to enhance end-to-end data management—from quotation to invoicing—underscoring our commitment to cutting-edge, tech-enabled operations. We further advanced academic collaborations by signing multiple Memorandums of Understanding, such as those with King Faisal University (Saudi Arabia), Barzan University College (Qatar), and Hashemite University (Jordan), bridging leading research with real-world engineering challenges. Additionally, we showcased our expertise at major industry events across the UAE and Saudi Arabia—such as IGIC, Jeddah Construct, and the Saudi Infrastructure Expo—highlighting our position as a regional leader in engineering and construction services.
As we conclude another standout year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported ACES. Your confidence in our vision fuels our pursuit of innovation and excellence, reflecting the spirit of “Local Excellence, Global Reach.” With new projects on the horizon, a commitment to nurturing talent, and the highest professional standards, we look forward to shaping the region’s engineering future.
