Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends,
We wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
As we conclude the second year of our 2024–2026 “Local Excellence, Global Reach” corporate strategy, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to our clients, partners, and suppliers for their continued support. We would also like to thank the entire ACES family of over 4,000 colleagues across all offices and regions for their dedication and commitment. Their collective efforts enabled ACES to deliver a strong year in 2025, achieving record performance across the Group, with strong results across all offices and regions, and reinforcing our position as a market leader for the years ahead.
Saudi Arabia remained the cornerstone of ACES’s operations, delivering resilient performance for the fifth consecutive year. The first half of the year showed strong activity across the mega projects of NEOM and Red Sea / Amaala, while the second half witnessed accelerated growth in the Central Region, with ACES prominently involved across Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, and King Salman International Airport. KSA’s Western and Eastern regions continued to perform well, supported by large-scale development activities in Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, and continued investments by ARAMCO.
ACES in the United Arab Emirates recorded remarkable growth in 2025, driven by strong demand and investment in the oil and gas sector in Abu Dhabi and sustained activity in real estate development, infrastructure, and transportation, including the High-Speed Rail and Dubai Metro Blue Line extension across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
In Jordan, ACES’ performance was underpinned by securing major engagements in the industrial sector and the continued progress of the stadium project in the New City, as well as infrastructure works across the country. ACES Kuwait and Oman continued to demonstrate steady growth, with active involvement in major road evaluation and infrastructure projects, while ACES Qatar recorded improved performance, supported by pavement evaluation works at Doha International Airport and continued leadership in food inspection and environmental services.
Our subsidiaries continued to advance their growth, with ITC expanding its reach and service scope across Saudi Arabia, while MC Squared in the United States strengthened its market position with the commencement of the A-2 Reservoir project in Southern Florida.
During the year, ACES hosted its Fourth Seniors Conference in Jeddah, with a title of “Engineering the Future” bringing together Founders, Co-CEOs, and more than 50 of our senior management from across the region for strategic dialogue on corporate direction, innovation, and ACES’s role in regional mega projects, alongside the recognition of long-service employees.
Throughout 2025, ACES intensified its focus on health, safety, and environmental performance through enhanced training programs, awareness campaigns, and upgraded reporting mechanisms. In parallel, innovation and knowledge-sharing efforts progressed through Innovation Lab initiatives including digitization of historical data, supporting improved workflows, digital enablement, and broader technology adoption across the Group. The ACES Academy continued its expansion, offering additional technical content and leading the delivery of ASTM certification programs.
Finally, we established a CSR Committee to bring together and align the many CSR initiatives our teams have led across the Group for years, spanning community engagement, culture, environmental stewardship, and education. In parallel, we initiated drafting of our first ESG report, marking an important step toward more structured sustainability reporting.
As we reflect on another successful year, we thank our clients, partners, and employees for their trust and collaboration. With a clear strategy, a strong platform, and a committed team, we enter the year ahead well positioned to deliver continued growth and long-term value.
