ACES Abu Dhabi Introduces Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Underwater Survey

ACES Abu Dhabi is proud to announce that is has successfully completed its first Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) underwater survey to support the installation of a new pipeline between two existing Platforms 5Km apart at the  Mubarraz Oilfield in Abu Dhabi. The ROV survey was performed at both platforms and along the seabed between them.

The ROV survey was part of a larger marine geophysical investigation scope which includes multibeam, side-scan sonar, sub-bottom profiler and magnetometer. The client for this project is Abu Dhabi Oil Co. (ADOC-JAPAN).
