ACES is pleased to announce the full acquisition of Inspection Technology Company-ITC (www.insp-t.com), a specialized non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection service provider in Saudi Arabia. ITC specializes in conventional NDT testing, drill rig inspections, in-service plant equipment inspection, and other inspection-related services.
Established in 2009 in Al Khobar, KSA, ITC has 30 employees with more than 15 NDT technicians. It is a Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) approved NDT service provider and is authorized to perform conventional and advanced NDT methods on all Aramco Facilities across the Kingdom. Moving forward, ITC will continue to operate under its commercial name as a sister company to ACES KSA.
The acquisition enhances ACES’ capabilities to become an integrated service provider beyond the construction services and deepens its expertise in industrial testing and inspection.
