ACES Doha Becomes a Product Certification Agency

We are delighted to announce that ACES Doha is now accredited as a “Product Certification Agency” in accordance with ISO 17065. The accreditation enables ACES to perform product inspection and certification under the ACES brand and expands the ACES Doha scope of services cementing its position as the leading laboratory in Qatar.

The overall aim of certifying products, processes, or services is to give confidence to all stakeholders that a product, process, or service fulfills specified requirements. The value of certification is the degree of confidence and trust established by an impartial and competent demonstration of fulfillment of specified requirements by a third party. Parties that have an interest in certification include, but are not limited to:

a) Clients of the certification bodies;

b) Customers of the organizations whose products, processes, or services are certified;

c) Governmental authorities;

d) Non-governmental organizations; and

e) Consumers and other members of the public.
