ACES Dubai has completed the comprehensive testing of steel driven pile at the Dubai Harbor Marina. The Dubai Harbor Marina will be an iconic, innovative, and luxurious waterfront development, creating a world-class maritime facility with the biggest and most advanced cruise terminal and marina in the region.
ACES scope of work included 40 high strain dynamic tests, two static pile loading tests and four lateral load of piles. The tested piles were instrumented using digital displacement transducers and load cells wireless tension load cells and geodetic method has been used for the measurement of lateral deflection.
The Main Contractor for this project is Overseas AST and the consultant is Jacobs Engineering.
