ACES Khobar has been awarded the geotechnical investigation for Al Batha Land Port

ACES Khobar has been awarded the geotechnical investigation for Al Batha Land Port for the General Authority for Saudi Customs. The project includes performing the geotechnical investigation works for the construction of the proposed structures which includes buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, pipelines, water tanks, and pump stations.

The scope of work includes drilling and sampling of 109 boreholes to a maximum depth of 25m, excavating of 63 test pits, installing 11 piezometers, as well as performing several field tests such as soil electrical resistivity tests, plate load tests, falling head and packer permeability tests.

The Client for this project is Khatib and Alami Saudi Consolidated Engineering Company.
