We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Injaz to launch the Youth Engineering Challenge Project, designed to equip ambitious young engineers from Jordanian universities with the skills, resources, and support needed to thrive in their careers. This initiative aligns with our shared goal of preparing young professionals for the demands of the modern job market by providing both technical and supervisory guidance.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Naeem Abdulhadi, co-CEO of ACES, and Deema Bibi, CEO of Injaz, at the ACES Corporate Headquarters in Amman. Through this partnership, Injaz will focus on essential skills like communication, problem-solving, and presentation, while ACES will offer a real-world engineering challenge for the students to address. This hands-on approach will give participants valuable experience tackling the practical challenges they will face in their careers.
At ACES, we are proud to support this initiative as part of our broader commitment to fostering the next generation of engineers. By bridging the gap between academic learning and industry needs, we aim to empower young engineers with the skills and knowledge to drive innovation and contribute meaningfully to the engineering sector.
