As the year comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to share some of our highlights from the past year.
2019 was a special year as we have been awarded, are executing or have completed landmark projects in the region. The highlights for this year’s project portfolio include Al Qiddiyah Entertainment City and Read Sea Development in KSA, Etihad Rail and Zayed National Museum in the UAE, Al Thumama Stadium in Qatar, Oman Botanic Garden, and Rapid Bus Transit in Jordan to name a few.
On the geographic expansion front, we have had a successful year in growing our network, both in countries we operate in as well as entering new markets. We have successfully added five offices across KSA, in Tabuk, Jizan, Mekkah, Yanbu and Jubail. We are also finalizing our entry into the Kuwait and Iraq markets and expect to be operational there in early 2020.
On the service expansion front, we have established state of the art laboratories in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar to offer advanced chemical, environmental, and food testing, as well as increasing our scope in Industrial Testing across our network.
Finally, our crowning achievement for the year was our founders winning the prestigious 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Jordan, where they will represent Jordan and compete for the Global EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Monaco.
